What is your current turnaround time?

My turnaround time is 3 full weeks! This does not include delivery time after your order is shipped. 

Can I place a rush order or add rush as an option?

No. I do not offer rush orders. I personally don't think that its fair to customers who already have orders in cue, and have waited the full 3 week Turnaround. 

Is there a way to change my shipping address?

If need be, yes I can change your shipping address prior to shipping. It is REALLY important that you check all your information prior to clicking the submit button on your order. It takes extra time on my behalf to correct mistakes. I do understand that mistakes happen so please contact me as soon as you realize you made a mistake. Unless I specifically need to, I DO NOT touch the information that you enter when you are checking out. If the mistake is not discovered before I ship your item, then you will need to contact USPS and problem solve from there. I am not responsible for the mistake, especially if I do not know there was one in the first place. 

What shipping method do you use?

I ship all orders through USPS. Usually your order is sent first class. Occasionally, your order gets upgraded to Priority when the weight or order size exceeds my box size.

Can I return my item or get a refund?

In short, no. All of my items are made to order, and they are considered custom pieces. If I make a mistake, obviously I will fix the situation. Please let me know within 3 days of receiving your order. Buyer will be responsible for return shipping. Your order must be sent back within 10 days of contacting me. Once I receive the package, I will redo the order, and send it back to you as quickly as possible.  

Can I still check out on your site if I do not have a PayPal account?

Yes you can. You should be directed to PayPal, and instead of entering in an email/your account information, there should be an option to check out as a guest.
